Coming in September… a special cookbook collaboration dinner with Chef Paul Virant (of Vie and Perennial Virant, both located in Chicago, IL). This will be to celebrate Paul Virant’s new cookbook, The Preservation Kitchen: The Craft of Making and Cooking with Pickles, Preserves, and Aigre-doux, which was released in April 2012. The dinner will be held on September 11, 2012 at NICHE. Stay tuned for details over the next few months!
